POOR ADHESION OF PLASTERING
Plaats

Marke

Type uitgevoerde werken

In this stunning villa in Marke, a part of the ceiling had collapsed. The concrete ceiling surface was still too wet at the time for plastering. The result was the mess you can see in the photos.

Ordinarily, people only call upon our company’s services after the floor slab and plastering have been finished.
However, if there is a lot of moisture in the structure of your building, then it's a good idea to install an industrial dehumidifier two weeks before you want to do the plastering. The plaster will adhere better and you can avoid situations like this one. It's certainly a way to save yourself a lot of stress, time and money.
